After the deaths of 32 innocent students by gunfire at Virginia Tech University a few days ago the president of the United States, George W Bush told his citizens that the victims were in the wrong place at the wrong time – this is a deception. The students were behaving perfectly properly and normally, indeed they were in the right place at the right time if the USA had had responsible gun laws. No person has ensured that US gun laws are irresponsible moreso than NRA member George W Bush – unless of course US gun laws are built on the basis that everyone in the USA is entitled to be, and happy to tolerate being, in the wrong place at the wrong time.
